Well it happened. The new Guns N Roses albums Chinese Democracy is finally finished and has been released and many people, including Dr. Pepper, didn’t think it would ever happen. The good doctor has promised to give everyone in America a free Dr. Pepper if the band released this album in 2008.

For 24 hours on Sunday you can go to drpepper.com to get a voucher for a free Dr. Pepper that can be used between now and February 28, 2009.
